Keeping a journal

You will complete a handwritten journal as you work through this section. It is a written record of your responses to activities, as well as your own observations, ideas and thoughts about still images. This journal is an important reflection of your learning and is also an opportunity for you to practise your handwriting. Ask your teacher if he/she wishes you to submit it for feedback or assessment.

In your journal you will:

  • record your responses to activities (where indicated)
  • record your personal responses to still images
  • include images you have found, commenting on these in relation to concepts learnt and ideas presented in this section
  • make notes to assist your learning and extend your knowledge and skills
  • provide a date and title for each entry.
